Prep time: 5 minutes

Total time: 1 day

  • Torresella Prosecco – 4 oz
  • Gentian Root Liqueur - 1 oz
  • Tea-Infused Dry Vermouth – 1 oz
  • Grapefruit Bitters - 3 dashes
  • Ice: Regular
  • Garnish: Grapefruit zest, aromatic flower, and grapefruit express
  • For the Turmeric Tea-Infused Vermouth
  • Turmeric Tea Bags – 5 bags
  • Dry Vermouth - 1 bottle

For the Turmeric Tea-Infused Vermouth

Start by selecting a container with a secure, airtight seal. Add your tea bags and vermouth to the container and stir gently for a few seconds. Allow the mixture to sit undisturbed for 24 hours before serving. After 48 hours, remove the tea bags to avoid bitterness, which can disrupt the desired flavor profile. Your Turmeric Tea-Infused Vermouth will last for approximately 2-3 weeks in the fridge.

For the cocktail

To make this delicious cocktail, simply mix gentian root liqueur and sweet vermouth in a tall glass with ice. Stir and add more ice if needed. Pour in some Prosecco and add a garnish and straw. Your cocktail is now ready to enjoy!
