- 8 oz Torresella Prosecco
- 4 oz Bell Pepper Juice
- 3 oz Lillet Blanc Vermouth
- 2 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Garnishes: Frozen Red Grapes & Mint sprig
Place your grapes for the garnish in a freezer two hours before your prep process. To begin, grab a juicer or blender and add fresh bell peppers until you have the desired amount of juice. Once juiced, add all ingredients, minus the Prosecco, into a cocktail shaker. Shake well & strain evenly into two glasses with ice. Top each with 4 ounces of Prosecco and stir. Grab your frozen grapes and a mint sprig to garnish by sliding them through a cocktail pick. Place each on top of your glasses and enjoy!
