Aloe Sherry

  • 4 oz Torresella Prosecco
  • 4 oz Aloe-Szechuan Peppercorn Juice
  • 1 oz Amontillado Sherry
  • Splash of Tonic Water
  • Ice: Regular
  • Garnish: Cracked Szechuan peppercorns and viola flower on lemon wheel

  • Aloe Juice
  • Szechuan Peppercorn


For the Aloe-Szechuan peppercorn juice

To prepare, heat a dry pan on medium and add Szechuan peppercorns. Watch carefully because they cook quickly. Once crackling, mix with aloe juice and refrigerate for an hour. Refrigerator shelf life is about one week in a sealed container.

For the Cocktail

Add all ingredients, except Prosecco and tonic water, to a Collins glass. Add ice halfway and stir for 10 seconds. Add tonic water and top with Prosecco. Add Szechuan peppercorns to a lemon wheel, lay it horizontally, and place a viola flower on top. Enjoy!
