- 0.75 oz Grapefruit Reduction
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 3 oz Torresella Prosecco
- Optional Mint Sprig Garnish
Add all the ingredients, except the wine, into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Then strain into your glassware of choice; we recommend a coupe or martini glass. Top off each glass with Torresella Prosecco and garnish with a fresh mint sprig as a final step. Cheers!
Homemade Grapefruit Reduction Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1.25 cups Grapefruit juice
- 2 Peeled Grapefruits
Grab the peels from two grapefruits and add them into a pot with sugar. Let the peels and sugar sit for at least 20 minutes on low. Then add the grapefruit juice and set the pot at a low boil for 15 minutes, stirring until sugar is diluted precisely. Once cooked, you may turn off the heat and let the reduction sit until it cools. Store it in a container with a label and date. Please note the reduction must be kept refrigerated.
