Homemade Grapefruit Reduction Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1.25 cups Grapefruit juice
  • 2 Peeled Grapefruits

Grab the peels from two grapefruits and add them into a pot with sugar. Let the peels and sugar sit for at least 20 minutes on low. Then add the grapefruit juice and set the pot at a low boil for 15 minutes, stirring until sugar is diluted precisely. Once cooked, you may turn off the heat and let the reduction sit until it cools. Store it in a container with a label and date. Please note the reduction must be kept refrigerated.
