Total time: 10-12 mins
Makes 48 oz = 6 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups Torresella Pinot Grigio
  • 1 ½ cups Mead
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 Oranges, Juice & Rind
  • 2 Star Anise Pods
  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 5 Cloves
  • Garnishes: Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise

Instructions

Juice two fresh oranges, keeping the rind/zest peel to the side. Add the orange juice and rind peel in a large saucepan. Mix in with the mead, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.

Heat over medium-high until just steaming, then add the Torresella Pinot Grigio and let it simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve in mason jars, adding a slice of orange to each. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.

To reheat: Gently rewarm mulled wine in a large pot on the stovetop, over low heat, or pour into a slow cooker and reheat on low, until warm.
