San Marco Ol’ Fashioned
- 6 oz Torresella Prosecco Rosé
- 1 oz Amaro Alpino Liqueur
- ⅔ oz Angostura Cordial
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Orange Peel
- House-Made Angostura Cordial: 8 oz Angostura Bitters, 3 oz Water, 2 cups Brown Sugar
For the Angostura Cordial:
Put the Angostura bitters, water, and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil for about 10-15 minutes, frequently stirring, until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the pan from heat and let cool down. Once chilled, label and date the cordial.
For the Cocktail:
Add all ingredients and stir in a Boston cocktail shaker or mixing glass. Strain evenly into two ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish each glass with an orange peel twist, and serve.
