Prosecco Berry Zest

  • 5 oz. Torresella Prosecco, chilled
  • 2 oz. Limoncello liqueur, chilled
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2-3 frozen raspberries
  • 2 fresh mint sprigs
  • Garnish: fresh mint leaves and frozen raspberries


Add a sprig of mint to a cocktail shaker with Limoncello, simple syrup, frozen raspberries and ice. Shake contents to mix. Add additional frozen raspberries to a glass. Pour the contents of the shaker over the raspberries, and top with Prosecco. Lightly tap fresh mint leaves and garnish the glass.

Tip: Slap mint leaves in the palm of your hand to extract oils before garnishing.

Glassware: wine glass or coupe cocktail glass.
