Prosciutto & Blue Cheese Wrapped Pears

Makes 6-8 servings


  • 5 ripe pears, flesh soft to the touch and washed (Anjou or Bosc, work well)
  • 1 cup soft blue cheese, room temperature
  • 30 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp honey


Core and slice each pear into 6 wedges. Spread ½ tsp of blue cheese over each slice of prosciutto, then wrap around the pear slices. Arrange on a platter and drizzle honey lightly over the top.
