Ingredients

  • Torresella Pinot Grigio - 2 oz
  • Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur - 1 oz
  • Espresso (bean of choice/no sugar) - 2 oz
  • Autumn spice blend
  • Ice: None
  • Garnish: Roasted Autumn spice blend
  • For the Autumn Spice Blend
  • Cinnamon
  • Cocoa powder
  • Grounded all spice powder
  • Grated nutmeg

Instructions

For the Autumn Spice Blend

To make a tasty spice blend, use equal parts cinnamon and cocoa powder, along with ground allspice powder and grated nutmeg. 

 

For the cocktail

Start by putting all the ingredients into a shaker with only three ice cubes and shake it well. This will help it froth without getting too diluted. Then, pour it into a martini or coupe glass through a strainer. If you have a cocktail torch and autumn spice blend, sprinkle the spices over the drink while holding the torch over it to roast them for extra flavor and aroma. You can also use stencils to create fun designs. Enjoy! 

 

*NOTE: If you use a cocktail torch, wait for the spices to cool down before drinking.*
