Giardino Cobbler

Makes 1 Glass
Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Jelly
- 1 Tsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 Marzano Tomato
- 1 Lemon Wheel
- 1 Orange Wheel
- 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
- 3-5 Basil Leaves
- 4 oz Torresella Pinot Grigio
- Crushed Ice
- Garnishes: Basil Sprig and Orange Wedge
Instructions
Add all the ingredients, except the wine, into a tin cup or cocktail shaker, and muddle them gently. Top off with 4 oz of Torresella Pinot Grigio and pour into final glassware. Add crushed ice as desired,and stir the cocktail slightly before garnishing with an orange wedge and a basil sprig.
