  • 6 oz Torresella Prosecco Rosé

  • 3 oz Limoncello

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • 2 oz Lemon juice

  • Dash of Black Pepper

  • Lemon wheels for garnish


For simple syrup:

  • 1½ cup sugar

  • 1 ½ cup water

Instructions

For the simple syrup:

In a small pot, heat water and sugar over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved, stirring for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour into a container, label, and date. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.


For the cocktails:

To a mixing glass, add simple syrup, lemon juice, limoncello, and 4 oz Prosecco Rosé. Stir in dash of black pepper to make the flavor pop.


Strain the mixture into two glasses and top with Torresella Prosecco Rosé. Salute!
