  • 1 bottle Torresella Prosecco Rosé, chilled

  • 8 oz strawberries, hulled

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • ½ oz strawberry-flavored liqueur or vodka, optional

  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • Sliced strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

Blend the strawberries with the sugar, liqueur, and lemon juice until completely smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a container or pitcher with a spout.


Divide the puree across three glasses. Top slowly with chilled Torresella Prosecco Rosé, giving a gentle stir as it fizzes. Finish with a strawberry slice and serve right away.
