Prosecco Sorbet Float

  • 1 bottle Torresella Prosecco

  • Strawberry sorbet (1-2 scoops per glass)

  • Lemon sorbet (1-2 scoops per glass)

  • Lemon slices (for garnish)  

Instructions

First, warm a rounded ice cream scoop under hot water for 15 seconds. Then add 1-2 scoops of strawberry sorbet and lemon sorbet to each glass. 


Gently fill each glass with Torresella Prosecco until the sorbet scoops are halfway submerged. Garnish with a slice of lemon. 


Serve (and enjoy) immediately!
