3 ounces Torresella Pinot Grigio
½ ounce pear-flavored brandy
2 ounces pear nectar
Squeezed lime
Ground cloves to taste
Pear slices (optional)
Instructions
In a shaker, combine the Torresella Pinot Grigio, pear-flavored brandy, pear nectar, lime, and ground cloves. Shake well before straining over ice. Garnish with a pear slice and serve immediately.
