Mexican Fruit Salad

  • Mango

  • Pineapple

  • Cucumber

  • Watermelon

  • Lime

  • Jicama Root

  • Chili Salt

Instructions

To ensure even distribution, cut equal portions of all fruits being used. Begin to place them each in a large bowl. Drizzle Chamoy sauce evenly over the fruit, then sprinkle chili salt to your liking. Save the juice from the fruit in a jar and label it with the date. We suggest using the fruit juice for a second treat – our bubbly margarita recipe!


Any leftover fruit can also be used for your garnish. The expected shelf life is 1-2 days for the fruit if refrigerated in a closed container and 3-4 days for the juice. Enjoy!
