Mamey Bubbly Bliss

1 glass

IngrediEnts

  • Torresella Prosecco Rosé – 1 cup

  • Oat Milk – 1 cup

  • Mamey – 2 cups, cubed

  • Vanilla-Honey – 3 tbsp

  • Nutmeg, grounded – 1⁄2 tsp

  • Ice – 1 cup

  • Whipped cream

  • Garnish: whipped created with grated nutmeg

Instructions

For the Vanilla-Honey:

To make Vanilla Honey, mix 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract with 3 tablespoons of honey in a separate container and store it for later use. It is important to properly seal and store the mixture to ensure it does not expire. It is worth noting that Vanilla Honey has no expiration date if stored correctly.


For the cocktail:

To make this tasty cocktail, put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add the ice last to avoid premature dilution. You don’t need to be concerned about the Prosecco Rosé because the mamey’s viscosity will make it blender-friendly. Blend everything until the texture looks velvety. Then, pour the mixture into your glass and enjoy!
