Fizzy Watermelon Bliss

1 bottle Torresella Prosecco
Coarse salt (for rim)
Ice
10 ounces watermelon juice
2 ounces blanco tequila
2 ounces lime juice
2 tsp blue agave syrup
2 lime wheels (for garnish)
2 small watermelon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, add a few ice cubes, 10 ounces of watermelon juice, 2 ounce of Blanco tequila, 2 ounce of lime juice, and 2 tsp of blue agave syrup. Shake well.
Grab a lime and wet the rims of your cocktail glasses. Turn the glasses over into a plate of coarse salt to coat. Fill both glasses with ice.
Strain shaker mixture, dividing between the two glasses. Top with Torresella Prosecco.
Garnish each glass with a lime wheel and/or small watermelon slice. Salute!
