3 oz Torresella Prosecco
2 oz Italian bitter aperitivo liqueur
2 oz Sweet vermouth
1 oz Gin
Orange twist, for garnish
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add gin, Italian aperitivo liqueur, and sweet vermouth. Shake well and pour evenly into classic rocks glass or a coupe.
Add one large ice cube to each glass and top with Torresella Prosecco. Garnish each glass with an orange twist to serve.
