Black Cauldron Martini

  • 1 bottle Torresella Prosecco Rosé

  • 1/2 cup blackberries

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1/4 cup vodka

  • 1/4 ounce ginger liqueur

  • Regular ice

  • Optional garnish: Dry ice optional (see notes for safety instructions)

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, add blackberries and simple syrup. Muddle thoroughly. Then add pomegranate juice, vodka, ginger liqueur, and a few ice cubes. Give it a good shake.


Strain the shaker mixture into two glasses. Top with Torresella Prosecco Rosé.


Optional garnish: Make your martinis extra spooky by adding a dry ice pellet to each glass.


IMPORTANT DRY ICE DISCLAIMER: Use extreme caution when handling dry ice. Always wear protective gloves or use tongs, as direct contact with skin can cause burns or frostbite. Never consume dry ice directly or place it in your mouth.
