Sparkling Pear Collins
- 4 oz. Torresella Prosecco DOC
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- 1.5 oz. Pear Puree
- .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .50 oz. Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Rosemary and Pears
Add lemon juice, simple syrup, pear puree and gin into a shaker over ice, and shake well until chilled. Pour over two Collins or wine glasses evenly. Top off with Torresella Prosecco DOC wine, and garnish with fresh pears and rosemary.
For an extra touch: Cut thin slices of pear to garnish glasses before you pour cocktail, by lining sides of glass with slices and dropping ice in center to hold them up.
