PINEAPPLE PROSECCO FIZZ
- 3 long Sprigs of Sage
- 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Torresella Prosecco, chilled
- 1/3 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/3 cup Gin
- Juice of ½ Fresh Lemon
This Prosecco cocktail was inspired by the classic gimlet, with a Torresella twist.
We substituted the traditional gimlet lime with lemon and added sage, as it blends beautifully with our Prosecco and makes the drink smell sensational.
Grab a standard or Boston shaker and drop in three long sprigs of sage. Add in simple syrup and thoroughly muddle inside the shaker.
Add the pineapple juice, gin and lemon juice before closing tin and shaking well.
Pour in the Prosecco and stir all ingredients. Using a strainer, if using Boston Shaker, pour evenly over two coupe glasses and garnish with a sage sprig and pineapple half-wheel.
