- 5 oz Torresella Prosecco
- 3 oz Pineapple Cider
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- Ice: King Cube
- Garnish: Cinnamon Sugared Pineapple Slice
For the cinnamon sugared pineapple slices:
- In a bowl, whisk together cinnamon powder and brown sugar. Cut half of a whole pineapple into thin slices, making sure to cut a small slit into the core so that you can slide each slice onto the rim of a glass. Sprinkle mixed cinnamon powdered sugar over the slices on both sides. You can use the rest of the pineapple for the juice.
For the cocktail:
Grab two stemless wine glasses and add a king ice cube to each. Pour all ingredients into the wine glasses evenly. Gently stir ingredients inside the glass with a stirrer or spoon. Garnish each glass with a pineapple slice and enjoy!
