Coco Pinot N°5
- 5 oz. Torresella Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC
- 2 oz. Coconut Milk
- 1.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 5- 10 Mint Leaves
- 1 Lime, Quartered
- 2 Fresh Coconuts (optional glassware)
- Garnish: Fresh Mint Leaves
In a large mixing glass, add in simple syrup, mint leaves and quartered lime wedges. Muddle ingredients thoroughly before adding ice, coconut milk, vanilla extract and Pinot Grigio to glass. Stir all items together and using a strainer, pour all ingredients evenly into cocktail glasses.
Alternative glassware: open two coconuts, remove water and coconut within and pour.
Garnish glassware or coconuts with mint leaf strands and enjoy!
