Ahi Tuna Poke

  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • Chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
  • 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • (2) thinly sliced scallions
  • White rice
  • Garnish
  • Avocado slices

  • Black and regular sesame seeds


  1. Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce in a large bowl.
  2. Add the tuna and scallions to the soy mixture and toss to evenly coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with steamed rice, sliced cucumbers, and avocados. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy immediately.
