Ingredients
- 3 oz. Torresella Prosecco DOC
- 2 oz. Italian Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur
- 2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- Garnish: Orange Twist
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker with ice add gin, Italian Aperitivo liqueur and sweet vermouth. Shake well and pour evenly into classic rocks glass or coupe. Add in one large ice cube (rocks ice) into glassware and top with Torresella Prosecco DOC. Zest fresh orange to make your orange peels and garnish each with orange twist to serve.
